Our editorial mission is to educate and inspire prospective and current homeowners and homebuyers from Manhattan to Albany. It is the leading guide to smarter living and real estate.

Area Spotlight	focuses on local communities, describing their history, character, and lifestyle, as well as their housing and real estate market. With statistics, recent residential sales, places of interest, schools, and amenities, Area Spotlight is an indispensable resource.
Ask the Expert	presents a local expert providing a concise answer to readers' questions or concerns about home-owning, buying, or selling.
Home Style	offers a guide to home d�cor products and services, and tracks trends in decorating, furnishing, and interior design.
In the Kitchen	focuses on delicious, locally grown food�where to find it and how to prepare and enjoy it. Special focus on local farms, markets, and restaurants.
